We are Māori and Pasifika coaches who have worked with and helped our Māori and Pasifika people to success, we are best placed to help our people using our cultural intelligence. 

Coaching is driven by the individual, so the ideal candidate is one that is ready to do the mahi and achieve their goals and dreams. Participants get the most out of coaching if they are open and honest with us and coaches but more importantly with themselves. 

We have noticed that coachees get the most value from coaching if

-They are made aware of the commitment it takes in the form of time and work

-Have their managers involvement (as in they are able to share what their journey has been and what they are getting out of the sessions)

The coachee and coach relationship is one where rapport and trust is built very quickly, our coaches are culturally intelligent and do this well. We align our coaches with participants according with who is the best fit and who is best placed to stretch that participant so they can achieve their goals. We are open to have a kōrero if this ever arises, and we will encourage the participant to trust the process.  

If there is prior communication about non-attendance we are able to reschedule most times. If the participant is a no-show, we will not reschedule, we have a no-refund policy in this case.
